2009 Goals
- Average 70-80 MPW for the calender year.
- Run under 1:15 in the half marathon.
- Run well at Club Nats.
- PR in the 5k on the track if coaching allows me an opportunity to race one.
Longterm goals
- Under 2:30 for the marathon.
- Under 15:00 for 5k.

- 1:20 half marathon in the ORB singlet.
Info
I am assistant cross country and track and field coach at Centre College where I coach the men's and women's distance and mid-distance runners on the track. I enjoy reading philosophy, sociology, theology, or classic novels from time to time when I am not obsessing about training methodology. The reverse used to be the case.
